Overview

Period & Beyond™ is a free app. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, and no charges for using any feature of the app. This means there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense, and there are no in-app purchases or donation checkouts to refund inside the product today.

1. No Subscription — Nothing to Cancel

Since Period & Beyond has no subscription model:

  • There are no recurring charges to cancel
  • There are no trial periods that convert to paid plans
  • There are no premium features that require payment
  • You can stop using the app at any time simply by uninstalling it — no cancellation process is required

If you wish to delete your data before uninstalling, you can do so from within the app's settings.

2. Voluntary Support (Outside the App)

There is currently no in-app donation or payment mechanism.

If you wish to voluntarily support development, you may contact us at support@periodandbeyond.com. Any support arrangement would be handled outside the app and confirmed in writing. The app works fully without any payment.

3. If You Were Charged Unexpectedly

If you believe you were charged in connection with Period & Beyond in error (for example, through a third-party platform), contact us promptly at:

Please include:

  • Your name
  • The date of the transaction
  • The amount
  • The payment method or store receipt
  • A brief description of the issue

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and aim to respond within 7 business days. Where a charge was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, their platform refund policies may also apply.

4. Data After Ending Use

Stopping use of the app, uninstalling it, or clearing data does not require a cancellation request. Your local health data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. Server-side records we hold (such as legal acceptance metadata or feedback tickets) are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is the legally operative version. In case of conflict between the English and Hindi versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
